The remains of Miss Adesola Ogunmefun and Funmi Odusina, two postgraduate students of the University of Lagos who died recently, were buried at Ikoyi Cemetery on Friday.
Daughter of the late Chief MKO Abiola, Hafsat Abiola-Castello, was one of the mourners who paid tributes on Friday.
Pastor Biodun Alimi, who officiated at the burial service for the two friends,  urged their families and friends not to see their death as wickedness from God.
“The late Adesola I knew has not died in vain but she died as a heroin serving the her friends. As a as born-again Christian, she impacted the lives of people who came across her when she was alive,”  Pastor Alimi said.
Sunmibola Ogunmefun, younger sister to the late Adesola in her tribute entitled   “Adesola in 60 Seconds” said, once upon a time, there was a little tiny individual that wouldn’t stay put in her little cocoon of love; she just needed to burst into the world and make her mark quick.”
The younger sister added: “She was christened Adesola  Olubola Arike  “Obaomo”, indeed she  was the” king of kids” everyone wanted to be associated with her as she always came tops of her class in English Language, Government, Literature-in-English and Health Science  that earned her the prizes for excellent grades and proceeded to Covenant  University  and University of Lagos for her postgraduate studies in International law which was just about to round off when death take her away
