Nigerian Descendants Free Flowing Goals In Finland Leg

The Nigerian legion in Finland plying their trade for different clubs are taking the top league in the country popularly called the Veikkausliiga by storm by scoring goals for their respective teams.

Taiye Taiwo the most experienced and popular among Nigerian players in Finland lead the way with six goals for table toppers HJK Helsinki from his left back role.

Gbolahan Salami top scorer in the Nigeria Professional Football League last season is next to him in the goal race among the Nigerian legion with 5 goals to his name for third placed KuPS.

Another player making a big impression in front of goal despite playing as a centre back is out of favour Super Eagles defender Azubuike Egwuekwe who has found the back of the net four times this season.

AC Milan loanee Nnamdi Oduamadi is another who has rediscover his form in front of goal with four goals to his name with Kenneth Nwanganga completing the goal haul for Nigerians with two goals for Inter Turku.
